LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN TYPE INDIVIDUAL IN SOUTH AFRICA

We are a large international organisation having a new site built, in the eMalahleni / Middleburg / Witbank area, to our (tenant) specifications.  We are looking for an experienced independent individual who, on our behalf as future tenant,  can inspect and advise on construction and all related installations / finishing work being done.  This to ensure the completed infrastructure site and tenant installations meet our needs 100%.  The project anticipated completion is July .  This individual must have extensive related experience, together with solid references - preferably retired.
