Staff management Stock control and ordering. Required to work long hours, Requirements: Two year accredited cooking diploma. Minimum two years industry experience. Must be extremely organised, well spoken and able to perform under pressure. Expect irregular and long working hours during high season Must have own transport and drivers license.
