INVENTORY CONTROLLER REF: IN SOUTH AFRICA

National production concern seeks dynamic Receiving Controller to join their team. THE QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS ARE: ·         Grade 12 and a tertiary diploma/degree in inventory management  or SAPICS ·         Relevant 2-year in Raw materials handling and warehousing experience ·         Relevant Materials Handling/Logistic Courses completed an advantage ·         SAP experience (Must Have) ·         Microsoft Office RESPONSIBILITIES ARE: ·         Participates actively in the departments Safety, Housekeeping and Training Programmes ·         Call Quality Department to perform quality checks during the receiving process and perform a trouble-shooting function where required ·         Process receipts into SAP ·         Manage PO discrepancies/variances from incorrect quantities of delivered goods ·         Process transfers from 3rd party warehouses ·         Ensure no open items are left over in storage location INTR ·         Process 122 movements  as per NCR procedure and manage return process ·         Process returns to 3rd party warehouses ·         Ensure all materials/stock received are clearly identified and visible for the Materials Supply team to pick when required ·         Liaison with Shift Logistic Controllers to plan stacking and storage of all incoming  stocks in accordance with put-away rules ·         Prepare export and local material transfers and supply all relevant information required from the applicable departments. ·         Control and manage loading and offloading of materials ·         Manage receiving FLT driver team ·         Ensure forklifts checklists are done and non-conformances actioned ·         Ensure forklifts are kept clean and operating hours managed as per contract   If you meet our requirements, please forward your CV via email ndc @ mweb.co.za or fax to .
