A leading Medical establishment in Pietermaritzburg requires the services of an Human Resources Manager to join their busy team. 3yr diploma/degree in IR or HR Fluent in both English and Zulu is desirable Computer Literate Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Excellent knowledge of the CCMA rules and regulations Above average communication skills Sound knowledge of Skills Development and Employment Equity will be to your advantage Be able to communicate at all levels Experience working within medical will be an advantage Dealing with disciplinary, grievance and dispute issues Have a workable knowledge of the CCMA Attending various meetings Dealing with the day to day HR and IR issues
