Applicant shall co-ordinate meetings, organise communication liaison with agencies and service providers. Multi-administrative tasks i.e. fax, telegrams, e-scan, creation and maintenance of spread sheets and word documents.  As per operational requirement, compilation and extraction as required, Assistance with provision of support to the HR Practitioners in related procedures. Relay information to department and workers on personnel policies.  Renumeration: R-R / month base on years of experience. (Negotiable)
