Position available immediately FULL TIME / CONTRACT Busy Hout Bay seaside hotel restaurant seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee our kitchen, previous experience in similar position Cooking your passion? Experience & proven qualification as chef/cook Control and the co-ordination of the kitchen staff and processes You must have the ability to run a kitchen on own To place orders, manage food costs, wastage & stock control Have excellent food knowledge and culinary skills. Have the ability to run all sections and train, manage and motivate a brigade Have excellent communication Strong person, commend respect and control your kitchen Hardworking with the ability to work in a highly pressured environment, Team player, “Can do” attitude Of sober habits, reliable, non-smoker LIVE close to Hout Bay Shifts / weekends & Public Holidays Own transport essential Please email CV with recent photo & expected salary
