GM TO FLOOR MANAGERS FOR 2 NEW STORES IN SOUTH AFRICA

One of South Africa's fastest growing internationally flared restaurant groups is now looking to fill several positions for 2 new head offices stores that they are opening and to become part of the senior management family. The positions are for: 1.       General Manager 2.       Front of house manager 3.       Kitchen Manager 4.       Floor manager As these are all management positions, managing people must be your forte and you must have VERY good HR & customer acumen. As part of senior managment you will be in the position to firstly partake in profit sharing and secondly be offered equity should your work ethic blend in well with our management culture of growth and development. As we follow an U.S. code of staff management and development, it is our policy to develop and grow all our staff with the intention of them becoming partners in our new stores.
