GENERAL MANAGER: ELECTRONIC DESIGN & PCB DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTH AFRICA

A well-established company specialising in PCB design, assembly and repairs is seeking a candidate to head up its electronic design division. The successful applicant must be / have: Experience in doing CAD designs for PCB's Experience in electronics as a whole with a solid understanding of all the electronic components Experience in developing firmware Presentable and capable of dealing directly with demanding clients Reliable, hardworking and trust worthy. Able to communicate on a professional level in English and Afrikaans Able Manage a team of PCB assemblers and provide them with technical support Please only apply for this position if you have the necessary skills to completely design a PCB on CAD from scratch, send it off for the blank PCB to be manufactured and fully populate the blank PCB with components, including a possessor with basic firmware running on it. Part of the interview of potential candidate will include a practical test. Salary: R to R depending on experience and skills.
