FITTER AND TURNER IN SOUTH AFRICA

My client, an engineering / manufacturing concern located in Bellville, is seeking to employ a trade tested Fitter & Turner to join their maintenance team. Working hours are Monday to Friday (no shift work) but standby at night and on weekends will be on rotational basis.   Minimum Requirements Trade Test – Fitter & Turner / Fitter Matric / N3 Certificate Min 3 years relevant experience Must be willing to work standby / handle call outs Own Transport   Responsibilities   Mechanical and electrical maintenance of machinery and tools Setting up of production line machines General repair, implementation and installation of machinery Replacing and improving of current equipment Maintenance of critical production items Breakdowns – repair of defects and fault finding on machinery   Email Applications to:    (Please send your CV, trade certificate and info regarding your salary expectations to me.)
