EXECUTIVE CHEF IN SOUTH AFRICA
Tertiary chef qualification essential. Must have at least 8 - 10 years experience as an Executive Chef. Creative and be able to create exceptional food. Excellent menu planning and food preparation of banqueets as well as conferencces experience. Familiar with all aspects regarding management of the kitchen. Must be extremely competent in all administrative aspects in the kitchen. Strong cost and stock control experience. Ability to compile relevant reports and deal with relevant suppliers. Good leadership skills. Competent in all aspects of disciplinary procedures. Computer literate and able to use Pluspoint. Excellent communication skills. Must have a drivers licence and own transport. 6 days off per month R - R live out
