CONTRACTING COORDINATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA
Requirements:Min of 4 yrs inbound tour operator experience, preferably within procurement.Excellent negotiating skills.Highly organised and deadline driven.Proficiency in MS Office essential, Tourplan experience preferred.Sound product knowledge of Southern Africa.Work well under pressure.Duties:Request rates from suppliers.Negotiate rates and conditions with suppliers and clients.Assisting in issuing contracts with suppliers and agents.Research new products and properties.Assist with queries and maintain constant flow of communication between departments.Maintain good relationships with suppliers and agents.Contact Tanya or email
