With loads of room to grow, we guarantee you will love it. We would need someone who: Two years experience in customer service - ecommerce would be an advantage. This is a junior-mid level position for someone who is looking to learn a lot and grow with the company. You will be managing our customer base on various platforms, not just reacting but also being proactive in delivering great service. You will help out on our telephone line, email account, social media. Social media feedback would be an advantage. You will be helping with the tracking of parcels. Minimum qualification and experience: Matric Diploma or Degree, preferred but not essential Knowledge of MS Office is a must!
