Recoin properties has embarked on recruitment drive for Commercial Property Consultant – Business Development (Sales, canvassing of stock, client and property Management opportunities)· Johannesburg North, south, East Rand and Pretoria· · At least 3 years’ experience necessary in real estate(residential and commercial sales/leasing, property management, valuations and development), subject to these minimum requirements or commercial/business qualifications below: · Matric and post matric qualifications· Driver’s licence and own presentable reliable car · Experience in sales/marketing/ public relations or similar· Excellent English ability, especially within a business environment· Must reside in area of choice and/or surrounding areas.The following will be advantageous:· Experience in Real Estate(Residential or commercial)· Sales/leasing, property management, valuations and development· Relevant NQF4 Qualification· Any business related tertiary qualification· Valuations qualification will be of great advantage· Sales experience in generalRemuneration:· Basic Salary and/or Commission · Qualified and experienced agents will negotiate a sliding scale from a certain threshold, commensurate with experience and performance.We offer the following to all our people:· Stock(Industrial,/warehouses, Retail/shops and commercial/office space) from all national/big landlord, property owners/Funds and Managers· Leads from our internet marketing search engine we ensure you have potential clients to call upon and assist on their needs, whether Industrial/warehouses, Retail/shops and commercial/office space.· Laptop, cell phone allowance and office environment with connectivity to enable you to do business with ease.
