Purpose: Ensure efficient client service. Handling all related queries and follow ups for the client. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12/Matric Non negotiable MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role within in the freight / courier industry. Reliable transport to and from work. Reside within the East London region. Able to attend training on Weekends – (Saturday & Sundays) when required. Able to work overtime and flexible hours when required. Duties: Liaising directly with the clients and attending meetings held between the client and Sales Reps. Informing client of any service failures through daily follow ups. Advising operations of client’s requirements. Follow up of shipments / parcels and liaising with clients and branches. General administration duties. Sorting out of queries and providing feedback to the clients regarding delays in deliveries or service failures.
