CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CONSULTANT IN SOUTH AFRICA

We are urgently looking for a Client Relationship Consultant with the following: 1.    Qualifications ·       Grade 12 ·       Advanced MS Office 2.    Experience 3 years’ experience in a Client Relationship position Practical experience in Advanced Microsoft office software as stipulated above Practical experience and knowledge of the debt counseling process and have worked in the debt counseling industry Practical knowledge and experience with debt counseling software (CARE, CAST, Octogen, ext) will be an advantage 3.    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Sound Knowledge of the NCA and NCR Fully computer Literate Able to work under pressure and display initiative. Customer service focused with excellent people skills Relationship building with business partners (internal and External) Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Good presentation skills Code 8 drivers licence and own vehicle Supporting effective teamwork EMAIL CV to irene@ ucplacements.co.za
