Job Requirements · Definition, creation and socialisation of a aligned strategy to balance short term growth of segment / function with long term sustainability · Balance short term growth of Segment with long term sustainability. · Enable Enduring, Rewarding relationships through the definition, creation and socialisation of an aligned and integrated segment / functional customer (Sales & Service) delivery strategy in support of the company brand · Definition, creation and socialisation of an aligned segment / functional strategy to optimise efficiencies, innovation, process improvements, technology, governance, etc. · Enable sustainability as a business practices in order to create value for stakeholders through managing ethical, transformative, environmental and social and governance factors. · Create business growth and process opportunities through collaboration in order to execute strategy that will benefit a sustainable collective ownership in support of sustainable contributions to FRG. · Execute the people vision that nurtures talent and embraces the values, culture and philosophy of entrepreneurship, accountability and innovation in order to meet current and future business needs. · Hold direct reports in the Segment accountable for the implementation of Leadership Strategy that drive behaviour towards high performance.
