Must start ASAP TASKS: To ensure a high level of customer service within the area of responsibility. To control that the daily cash up and all related paperwork is completed accurately and completely according to the Sodexo standard. To control the float and issue change as needed. Do tie-backs on a daily basis and report all discrepancies to the Manager. Drawing up of an accurate banking recon and making sure that the manager signs it off.
