CALL CENTRE MANAGER: COLLECTIONS IN SOUTH AFRICA
N/subs. Market related. Require person with a Degree/Dipl in Commerce or Credit Management with definite previous knowledge of DCA and ADRA etc rules & regulations coupled with 3 yrs management experience in a large size collections call centre. Retail and lending industry preferred. This position will ensure the Call Centre’s productivity is performing at its best, according to operational plans and goals. Must be a leader in order to coach and train, be self motivated and solution orientated.
