CALL CENTER AGENT IN JOHANNESBURG

We are currently recruiting In-experienced call center Agents for our client based in Johannesburg on an on-going. Suitable candidates will ideally be available immediately and have a basic knowledge in call center environment. The role will be working in a very busy environment where you will be handling volumes of inbound & outbound calls. The role will involve dealing with a variety of queries and logging details onto an in-house system for escalation/resolution. The hours of work are Monday to Friday and will be between 8am - 6pm (8am-5pm or 9am - 6pm). Pay rate is basic plus commission on monthly basis.
