AUTOMATED BOTTLE FILLING AND CAPPING MACHINE IN SOUTH AFRICA

Brand new bottle filling machine. I manufacture these machines to order. This machine comes with a gearpump filling system and four filling heads, a conveyer system to transport the bottles from inlet to outlet, a gating system to control the bottles while filling and a unit to either press or screw the cap on. This unit can fill from 50ml up to 2L liquids and capable to do up to BPH. The nozzles dive down into the bottle to help against foaming while filling. The filling area are enclosed with Perspex and has doors in the front. Other systems and designs are also available on request. I also offer infeed tables to transport the bottles onto the conveyer line as well as a elevator and placing unit to sort the caps and place it on the bottle for capping purposes.
