ASSESSOR AND MODERATOR IN SOUTH AFRICA

Requirements: • Matric • Assessor and Moderator qualification - already SETA registered or in process to do so • At least 5 years proven experience in training, assessments (POE’s) and moderation of operators and related training personnel • Must be qualified to write and update training manuals and assessment documentation as per registered unit standard guidelines of the MQA  • Must be competent to train, assess and moderate on the following machinery:   Grader  Water Bowser  Tractor  Front-end loader  Tractor Loader Backhoe  Compactor  Dozer  Sentinel  Rigid Body Dump Truck  Forklift  Broce Broom • Valid driver’s license • Fully bilingual, 3rd language will be beneficial Skills: • Excellent report-writing skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent administration skills • Must be computer literate (Word and Excel) • Able to cope under constant pressure Salary negotiable,Depending on experience.
