Our company is expanding and we are looking for a no nonsense person with 2 years experience in an advertising/sales environment.  Capture all generated leads and calls as written by the sales consultants Generate Leads for the sales team to call using your research skills Create Free Listings, these listing will then turn into leads for the sales team Generate Booking forms and invoices as the Advertising space is sold by the sales team. Ensure proper filing system and all paperwork has been received Insure that payment is received and Artwork is given to the designer. Keep diary for two Senior Sales Executives. Can take instructions and follow the chain of command The person must be a fast learner, if you have experience in Sales Force you will understand our CRM, If you have a secretarial / Admin or similar diploma this will be a bonus. You must also have experience in Researching, Advertising and you can type 40wpm Send your CV showing us what we want, the two year experience in a similar environment is important.
