ADMIN ASSISTANT - TEMPORARY IN STELLENBOSCH

The ideal candidate should be accurate in figures and have excellent skills and experience in Excel, MS Word 10 & Outlook. Experience in Sage Pastel Xpress accounting will be an advantage, but not essential. Candidate must reside in Stellenbosch or Brackenfell area. The duties include: · Daily Capturing of data and balancing of Petty Cash books. · Daily invoicing on Sage Pastel. · Weekly wages to be calculated and prepared. · Weekly pricelist to be updated and e-mailed. · Receiving and expediting daily orders to relevant department · Trustworthy, punctual, and a good communicator with excellent telephone manners · EFT payments on internet bank forum when required. · Filing and general office admin The position is available from 1 to 28 July 2021 (20 days) Office hours are Monday to Friday from 09H00 to 16H00 – No lunchtime.
