Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent required Formal Cookery Qualification or Protea Hotel In-service Trainee Graduate JUICED! At least one year experience in a Chef De Partie position Positive attitude and ability to work long hours Self-driven and motivated individual Computer Orientation beneficial Practice clean as you go Must have excellent planning and organizational skills Well groomed, presentable and professional manner Live-In Position.
