A well established, leading South African catering company is seeking a dynamic, qualified individual to fill the position of chef at one of their units based in Cape Town central. The selected individual will possess the following competencies and skills:  A Hotel School qualification would be advantageous. Own transport would be advantageous. Minimum 4 years experience in a hotel and/or catering environment is vital. A good knowledge of food. Must be able to work shifts. Must be able to work unsupervised.
