Transport and Tourism Company Urgently seeks to employ a Vibrant Enthusiast Travel Concierge Lady, based at a Upmarket Hotel. Description/Duties: Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times. Greet and assist guest with all transport/tours related queries.(Complimentary, Airport drops, transfers,etc) Have working knowledge of reservations and procedures, take reservations, and know cancellation procedure based on Company system Ensure that all cash, check and miscellaneous departments are in balance at the end of each shift. Utilize proper cash handling procedures in accordance to company policies. Respond to guest via emails, telephones, walk ins Post room charges to all transfers booked. Keep the Front Desk area neat, clean, and free of safety hazards. Have knowledge of Cape Town and Site seeing places, know the tourist spots well, times of opening closing, rates on transfers and tours, know the scheduled tours Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
