TERRITORY SALES MANAGER (MSP) IN SOUTH AFRICA

A beverages manufacturing company based in East London, Eastern Cape is seeking an Territory Sales Manager.  Basic duties and functions: Formulate sales objectives for allocated areas; Develop and integrate sales plans for medium or short term for allocated areas; Co-ordinate budget setting; Do forecasting on plans and budgets; Plan, organize, co-ordinate and control the activities of Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives; Observe consumer trends and market variables; Appraise and measure performance against plans budgets; Plan, organize, coordinate and control the activities of Area Sales Managers and Retail Sales Representatives; Plan promotions; Observe consumer trends and market variables; Appraise and measure performance against plans/budgets and taking the corrective action; Conduct meetings. Specifications: At least five years’ experience as a junior Sales Manager (Area Sales Manager) in an FMCG industry. Relevant B Degree or equivalent qualifications; Leadership qualities.
