Requirements· Matric or Similar qualification· Minimum 2 - 3 years’ Leadership experience · Computer literate · PV Product and process knowledge · Good communications and people skills· Target driven with proven track record· Knowledge of ISO and Skills Required· Promote a safe working environment, encouraging team members to follow· Ensure all Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times· Report any abnormalities to ensure safety, quality and on time delivery· Plan and coordinate daily activities to ensure customers requirements are met· Conduct morning meetings, discussion and feedback with team members· Manage accuracy of stock received, stored and delivered to customers· Develop and assist team members to implement kaizen activities· Confident communicator· Confident attention to detail reporting · Good Problem solving abilities
