Sales Manager The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated at least 4-5 years of experience in FMCG Sales post MBA / 8+ years of FMCG Sales. Wholesale trade experience would be preferable. Ability to handle cultural differences and geographical complexities. Strong communication & interpersonal skills, to manage customer relationships, influencing senior management in cross-functional teams and managing merchandising agency relationships. Demonstrated ability to manage a large team, who require active leadership, coaching and mentoring. Strong analytical skills and excel proficiency. Proficiency in presentation skills.
