The focus of this role is to implement our new sales system, in order to launch a new line of innovative and revolutionary products. In this role, you will be responsible to master the new system, work with the system to maximize personal sales in our store, suggest improvements, and optionally later on, instruct other salespersons on using the system to achieve similar results. A proven track record of achieving superior sales results • Energetic and results driven/orientated • Self-starter with tenacity and the ability to work as part of a team • Experience in the cosmetics/skin care business is a plus • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • High levels of personal integrity • The ability to quickly resolve problems • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent English skills both written and spoken • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point and Outlook • Comfortable working within a global team   Good secured monthly salary plus incentive/bonus/commission. Provides thought leadership in discussing and communicating account strategy with the team.
