We have 2 rooms available for rent in our medical centre in Norwood. This would be ideally suited for a Dentist or other medical practitioner like a Counselor, Psychiatrist, Chiropractor, Dietitian, Nutritionist, Occupational Therapist, etc. The tenant that is moving out does colonic hydrotherapy, massages and ozone. Ideally I would like to rent out both rooms to 1 practitioner as they are next to each other with a separate toilet and storage cupboard, although I will consider renting the rooms out separately. Rental is R4200 for the smaller room, R5400 for the bigger room or R9200 for the whole section (both rooms, toilet, passage, cuboard, etc). Our current tenants are a General Practitioner, Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist and Laser Removal Practitioner. We are in a good location on a busy road with good security.
