The ideal individual will be well travelled, be able to multi-task, have excellent food and wine knowledge and have a good understanding of the F&B department as well as housekeeping and front office operations. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as there will be daily interaction with mature, well-travelled, sophisticated, accomplished and successful guests.
