Requirements: • Grade 12 • Experience working on a “POS”/and or cashier system • Retail working experience in a similar position (would be an advantageous) • Telephone etiquette • Excellent customer service • Good written and verbal communication Key Responsibilities: • Good customer relations at all times which include but is not limited to the following: - Greeting customers upon arrival and when they leave - Answering telephones as soon as someone is available to take the call.
