National clothing distribution company, situated in Diep River,  requires Mature Admin Assistant with a minimum 5 – 7 years work experience in similar position.   Duties include: Data capturing on Brandboom and Pastel  (Quickbooks experience also be considered)   Stock control as required by system Invoicing and capturing client orders Basic accounting Report writing Occasional switchboard duties and filing Other administrative duties required to ensure the smooth running of the business.   Candidates need to be extremely accurate, able to work under pressure and deal with the complexities of a distribution business.  The ideal candidate is motivated to work alone and has a thorough knowledge of computers and stock control programs.   Position is available immediately.
