Multi skilled, semi retired businessman, 50 year old white male, available as LIVE IN caretaker or similar position. I am busy selling all and can relocate. I am single (no dogs, cats, cows, birds) and in excellent health and computer literate to an advanced level. Skills and qualifications includes construction (housing, civils, mechanical), plumbing, electrical, electronics, carpentry, welding etc, T3 mechanical engineering, N3 motor and diesel, auto electrical, fire fighting, intermediate medic, level 6 instructor, Itsam (Nosa). Other includes IT network cabling and fiber optics. Experience includes the maintenance of 274 units at a well known casino. I also has experience in garden and irrigation maintenance. Other business experience includes construction, data networks and transport.

We have superb facilities including a dressage arena 60 x 20m, a jumping arena and lunge arena. Lovely outrides on the neighboring farms including the next door Ostrich Ranch.  Lovely stables and shaded paddocks(each horse has their own paddock), special meal planning. Qualified instructors and you are also more than welcome to bring your own instructor.
