Requirements: · Experience of FMCG manufacturing – preferably high volume food manufacturing · Knowledge of advanced food hygiene and Health and Safety requirements in food manufacturing and HR procedures. · A good understanding of quality assurance, procedures and protocols. · Understanding of industry and retailer audit requirements. · Knowledge of management techniques including KPIs, recruitment, selection and development of people.
