LODGE MAINTENANCE MANAGER EASTERN CAPE, R7K 8K PER MONTH IN SOUTH AFRICA

A luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape is currently recruiting for a Maintenance manager to oversee all maintenance at the lodge - plumbing, electrical (domestic + high voltage), refrigeration, air conditioning, building, carpentry, waste management, water desalination plant, generators, projects.  Requirements: 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager in a game Reserve / Lodge environment Must be experienced / qualified (Trade Tested) / NQ 3- 4 level -  in at least one of the following disciplines: Electrical (single and three phase) Plumbing Refrigeration and Air-conditioning - preferable Preferable: some experience in some of the following – Plumbing, Sewage treatment systems, water treatment systems, building and general maintenance Candidate should have own transport as live in accommodation is 6km away Drivers Licence with PDP  Job Specification: Day to day maintenance around the lodge and buildings Project Maintenance Reserve maintenance, fence repairs, roads maintenance Small scale basic construction work and building Electrical, plumbing repairs ongoing Air conditioners / Refrigeration  Kitchen appliance maintenance Assist with Game Drives
