Senior Contracts Manager required by established Building Contracting Company, applicants should have a recognized qualification in Building,Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, either a B.Sc, B.Tech or National Diploma. The successful candidate should have at least have managed projects over R150 Million in value successfully and have a minimum of 17 years site management experience in a building contracting environment. Applicants should have experience on high rise and commercial, high spec projects. Our client offers a very competitive package, with benefits.
