You must be able to demonstrate good team management skills, in all aspects of performance management Ability to communicate effectively with external servicers to facilitate prompt resolution of unallocated cash queries Proven experience in reconciling complex high volume bank accounts Good accounting knowledge to interrogate and produce balance sheet reconciliation Have an in depth understanding of cash collections, portfolios and allocation processes to be able to investigate and resolve sometimes complex queries to ensure cash is correctly accounted for.
