Meat Processing plant seeks an experienced Production Manager to ensure that the daily production targets are achieved, that recipes are followed, and waste control is limited. Conduct physical stock counts and monitor stock levels and manage staff effectively. A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Production Manager in a meat factory with a working knowledge of meat recipes, including sausage, burgers, etc. Knowledge of the production process and requirements in order to produce a good quality product and compliance with food safety standards.
