 First edition published by Sampson Low (London) & T. Maskew Miller (Cape Town, Paarl, Bulawayo) in 1900. Book is in near fine condition with no inscriptions, clean pages and only some light rubbing on the top corners. This book was issued in three bindings. The first was bound in stiff art-paper covers with white & gold lettering which sold for 2s. 6d. The second, of which this is a copy, was bound in cloth with gilt top page edges which sold for 3s. 6d. The third was for presentation, bound in roan and sold for 6s.
