Qualifications - NQF Level 4 Mechatronics (4 year Learnership) - N3 Electrical Did on the job training with qualified artisans at Ford Motor Company Engine Plant (still present) - Awaiting Millwright Trade Test Date - Experience - Programming ABB IRC5 Robots - PLC's including Siemens and Allen Bradley - CNC Machine maintainance (GROB, MAG + GANTRY, HARRY MAJOR etc.) - Design,Test & Maintain single phase and 3 phase control gear - Motor Testing - Fault Finding - Relay Logic - Understand basic electronics and oscilloscope - Basic welding (arc, co2) - Operate and Monitoring a Lathe Machine And Milling Machine - Operating a CNC machine and basic programming - Hydraulics and Pneumatic systems - Electro hydraulics and Pneumatics - AC & DC Drives - Understand I/O modules - Understand the basic principals of computer network
