JUNIOR DUTY MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Experienced, Hard Working Junior Duty Manager required for a busy Restaurant at the Royal Cape Yacht Club located in Table Bay Harbour.  Applicants must have previous restaurant/hotel experience, be able to work late night functions, shifts, public holidays and weekends. Salary R-R Duties Include -       Run daily restaurant operations and ensure functions run efficiently -       Loading Invoices  -       Bar Transfers -       Manage float box -       After Service ensure all restaurant & Bar areas are set, clean, tidy and ready for next service -       Ensure Waiter stations are clean, tidy and ready for next service -     Ensure coffee machine and station is cleaned, stocked and ready for next service -     Ensure function set-ups are done in advance -     Conduct area check of all function venues to ensure all clean, tidy and locked up -     Regular bathroom checks  -     Ensure Barmen conduct stock takes in relevant bars -     Cash-up of staff -      Report printing Please email cv to
