Education & Qualification Relevant Bachelor degree/equivalent    Relevant Experience At least 3 years’ operational HC experience At least 1 year’s team leadership experience Proven track record of effective business partnership SAP (or equivalent ERP) experience Description Reporting to the Group Human Capital Executive, the role will partner with the business to deliver Human Capital (HC) services in line with the Group HC strategy. The incumbent shares, together with the regional Exco, the responsibility for the regions goals and delivery of targets, and is responsible for managing HC in their region, including managing the HC team
