GROUP HR & TRAINING IN TZANEEN

Minimum Requirements: - Matric - Relevant Degree/Diploma Essential - Minimum 3 Years HR Experience in the Training Farming environment - Dynamic Person - Must have excellent communication skills - Bilingual - To assess the needs of training and upgrading of Personnel - Manage multiple tasks without supervision - Ability to consolidate relevant information and general reports for analytical reasons - Ability to work under pressure - EE Reporting - Design and implement Policies & Procedures Position Details: - Full Responsibility and Control of the HR/IR/Compliance and most importantly the Training Department - Manage relevant training at the operations - Sourcing of Training funds e.g. Seta - Salary is negotiable and depending on experience, qualifications and the Value you can add to the company Email CV and ID Copy to ronel@suthagroup.co.za
