Executive Housekeeper required for game lodge in the Limpopo province..   Skills for position   Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of stocktaking procedures, as well as stock control Problem solving skills Must be a team Player Must be computer literate(Microsoft Office – Word and Excel, including the use of formulas in Excel) Must have at least 3 years’ experience in managing a Budget and give regular updates of expenses / finances. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position Must have at least 3 years’ experience in training of staff Must have good people skills Presentable appearance Individual Leadership Oral Presentation skills Planning / organizing control Flexibility Initiative Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Afrikaans) Must have excellent report writing skills Decisiveness Must be able to motivate a large team and have strong leadership qualities Must have vast knowledge of disciplinary procedures and hearings Must be available to do after hour stand-by duty shifts as per HOD roster Attend and assist with other functions as and when required Must have valid driver’s license Must be willing to work flexible hours and be available for emergency call-out’s after hours
