Quality Checking of all Bills of entries and tariffing  To quality check all bills of entry and tariff orders/invoices  Non-negotiable of the Role:  Sea-freight and airfreight experience Understanding of customs act and tariff headings Close attention to detail Accuracy Good verbal and written communication skills  Key Activities of the Role:  Quality checking of all bills of entries for correctness Tariffing of orders/invoices Analyse commercial documents Quality checking of a voucher of correction for correctness Can process and quality check Vocs and refund documents Attend to all custom stops / detains Understand provisional payments and liquidation thereof Credit memo and additional invoices Keeping records of all the above Assist in quality checking entries and capturing orders with tariffs Assist in chasing entries Liaising with clearing agents / customs / port health / state vet / border police  Role Profile - Entry Clerk Tariffing  Position Requirements:  Educational:  Matric  R Per Month Basic Salary To apply please kindly contact us at:Phone:Fax: Email:
