MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Running and ensuring a smooth production process of the plant. · Selling products in accordance with targets set. · Promote products · Liaise with customers and build customer relations. · Develop and maintain market share. · Report on sales and marketing achievements.· Maintenance of product quality and improve service quality. · Supervise and Manage staff at the plant Management of the health, safety and environmental programmes.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE · Applicant must be in possession of a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification and preferably a relevant tertiary qualification in the mining or construction field.
