DIGITAL MEDIA / WEB STREAMING STUDENT NEEDED IN SOUTH AFRICA

I'm looking for a media student who knows how to do web streaming using Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder to assist me on projects. It would be preferred if you already have your own equipment but its not an essential at this time.
