DECISION SCIENCE MANAGER IN SOUTH AFRICA

Key Performance Areas  Statistical analysis, modeling, optimization, forecasting and data mining of various data sets to support strategic decision-making within the Group  Actively manage the growth of credit assets through effective analysis and interpretation of information, providing recommendations regarding opportunities for future growth  Actively analyse and interpret data to ensure effective segmentation of customer data, providing recommendations for management of campaigns to support growth strategies  Leverage state-of-the-art data mining tools and modeling techniques to solve business problems.  Set up experimental designs to answer key business questions.  Demonstrate leadership by successfully managing medium to large projects.  Act as point of contact for Advanced Analytics on cross-functional teams.  Effectively lead, manage and develop the Advanced Data Analysis team.
